I made a reservation for the hotel. What am I supposed to do now?

What does the accommodation include?

• Accommodation includes access to the cenote from 8am to 5pm and 6pm to 8pm, life jacket and American breakfast.

Do you have a transportation service?

• At the moment we do not have a transportation service.

What is the time to access the cenote if I do NOT have accommodation?

• The hours for the general public are from 9am to 5pm every day of the week.
